Privacy Policy
What information I collect on gonzalonediani.com and what I do with it.
Effective date: 25 October 2026
What I collect
- When you pay: Stripe processes the payment. I receive your name, email and payment status from Stripe, not your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to what they collect.
- After you pay for a Review: the form asks for your name, email, app URL, repo access and details about your app.
- When you apply for Ship It: the form asks for your name, email, app or repo link, what's blocking launch, budget range and timeline.
- When you book a Founder Call or a Ship It conversation: Calendly processes the time you pick. Calendly's privacy policy applies to what they collect.
- When you email me: whatever you include in the email.
- When you ask for the free rules: your name if you give it, and your email.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless. It does not use advertising cookies.
How I use it
- To deliver the service you paid for.
- To contact you about that service.
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting.
- If you asked for the rules: to email myself your address so I know who has them. I don't add you to a newsletter.
I don't sell your information. I don't use it for marketing emails.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the form/email Worker, and provides cookieless Web Analytics.
- Calendly, to schedule the Founder Call and Ship It conversations.
- Gmail, which is the inbox that receives form submissions and my replies.
No one else, unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
- Payment and billing records: as long as Argentine tax law requires.
- Repo access and code: only while the work lasts. I delete local copies within 30 days of delivery.
- Form answers and emails: up to two years.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information by emailing gonzalonediani@gmail.com. Some billing records may need to be kept by law.
