Refund Policy

I want you to know exactly what you're paying for before you buy. Here's how refunds work for each service.

Effective date: 25 October 2026

Production Readiness Review ($297)

Before I start (before your intake form is complete): full refund.
After I start: no refund.
If I don't deliver within 5 days of your form being complete: full refund.

Founder Call ($150)

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the call: full refund, or a new time.
Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss the call (no-show): no refund.
If I have to cancel: you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

Self-Check ($29)

If the download fails, you get a full refund if you ask within 7 days.
Once the file downloads, the service is delivered and there is no refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email gonzalonediani@gmail.com with the email you used to pay. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, in 5-10 business days.
