Terms of Service
These terms cover the services I sell on gonzalonediani.com.
Effective date: 25 October 2026
"I" means Gonzalo Nediani. "You" means the person or company buying. By paying, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
- Self-Check: $29. A 31-point production readiness checklist, ranked by what actually blocks a launch; an audit prompt for Cursor or Claude Code that writes SHIP-CHECK.md, ranked by severity, without changing any code; and a seat in the private founders group. You run it. I don't touch your repo.
- Founder Call: $150, a 60-minute call.
- Production Readiness Review: $297. A video walkthrough and a prioritized checklist about your app, within 3 to 5 days of getting access.
Prices are in USD.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe through payment links. I don't see or store your card details.
3. How the Review works
After you pay, you fill out a form with your name, email, app URL, repo access and details about your app. The 3 to 5 days start when the form is complete and I can access what I need to review. If something is missing, I'll email you and the clock starts once it's fixed.
4. What the Review is and isn't
The Review is my professional opinion based on what I can see in the time given. It's not a guarantee that your app is secure, bug-free or ready for any specific load. I don't change your code or your live systems during the Review unless we agree on it in writing.
5. Credits
If you bought the Self-Check, you get $29 off the Production Readiness Review within 14 days. Use code SELFCHECK29 at checkout on the Review payment link.
If we agree on a bigger project after the Review, the $297 is credited toward it. You have 30 days from delivery of the Review to use that credit.
6. Your access and data
You give me access only to what's needed. I use it only for the service you paid for, and I keep repo access and local copies of your code only while the work lasts. You can revoke access at any time; after I deliver, please remove it. I delete local copies of your code within 30 days of delivery.
7. Confidentiality
I keep your code, app details and anything you share private. I don't share them with anyone without your permission, unless the law requires it.
8. Your content
Your code and your app stay yours. The video and checklist I deliver are yours to use for your project.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I'm not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or data.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. The courts of Córdoba, Argentina have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
I may update these terms. The version on the site when you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.
